Following the acquisition of Lecomte & Partners and Distinctive by IPSILON Group in 2023, and the integration of these teams at one location in Luxembourg, we are excited to announce that Jean-Paul Wagner has recently joined us.

Jean-Paul is an experienced European patent attorney holding M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in communication systems and electrical engineering. He has a strong track record in securing protection for computer implemented inventions, as well as inventions in telecommunications and electronics. As of January 1st 2024, Jean-Paul is appointed manager of the patents team at Lecomte & Partners, part of IPSILON Group, in Luxembourg.

Jean-Paul’s ambition is to further drive integration in IPSILON Group, to grow the team in Luxembourg, and to expand the IP service offerings beyond frontiers in close collaboration with Didier Lecomte and the Belgian and French colleagues, securing continued high-value assistance in IP matters for existing and new clients.
