In accordance with the law on the protection of personal data, we will only process or use your data insofar as this is necessary for the management of your applications, your requests for information, quotes and registration for our events, as well as for the management, acquisition or protection of your rights, and exclusively within the framework of the missions for which you have mandated us.

The processing of this personal data by Lecomte & Partners, the data controller and also the data processor, is justified either by the consent of the person concerned, the necessity linked to the performance of a contract, the legitimate interests of Lecomte & Partners and the instructions of its clients who are then the data controller.

Your personal information will be kept as long as necessary for the performance of the operations for which it was collected in accordance with the applicable regulations and taking into account the statutory terms of prescriptions.

You may at any time exercise your right to have your data deleted, provided that this does not affect the proper conduct of the tasks entrusted to us.

During the period of retention of your personal data, we will put in place all the necessary means to ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal data, so as to prevent their damage, deletion or access by unauthorized third parties.
